Highly recommend- Love how this app makes the return process so much easier for returns and exchanges. Customers get email updates throughout the entire process so they're in the know about their return. After a few weeks of using the app and having several returns in process, I accidentally deleted the app and lost all my data. Looking back I wish I never panicked because the AfterShip team was able to pull up all my data and get it reinstalled on my store through the app!
