After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. This meant our time was spent completing returns for our customers. At first they were unable to help even after I proved there was an issue by providing video proof of the problem. Now they have agreed to show the developers and to do something about it. I'm bumping them up to 4 stars as they ultimately decided to do something about the issue and the system is actually pretty good. I'm leaving a star off as its a pain in the A** to get them to actually help you.
First, please accept our apology for the experience you had. It is unfortunate to know that you didn't have the best experience using our app and facing an issue with the return button via mobile. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users. We work really hard to make our app user-friendly and provide a great support experience.
