Great app with great features and anything I did have trouble setting up or confusion on, they replied extremely fast and were super helpful in fixing things for me and helping me get everything set up. Shopify apps can be difficult to work with but this one is a good one!!

I have nothing but great things to say about ReturnZap so far! It's nearly impossible to find a good returns app these days, let alone one that works well with Shopify. This app allows our customers to purchase return labels directly through the portal, and also offers seamless exchange options. It provides everything we've been searching for and more, and the support has been fantastic as well.
