Wonderfully patient and helpful support and we are very happy with the app so far! Easy to set up with their help and assistance and what a relief to have this process automated, for both our team and our customers! Lots of features and way to modify to your business's needs. Highly recommend!

I recently switched my brand (West Major) over from Rich Returns (which I was on for 4-5 years) to Return Zap. So far I love it. We had some problems getting it set up (I'm not the most technical guy), they were quick to jump on a zoom call, and work super closely with us to get it rocking. Unlike Rich Returns, the team at Return Zap just seems like they want to help you, work with you, and for you to succeed. The pricing is better than Rich Returns (and the other return apps) and the customer service is 100x better. These other apps just nickel and dime you, and way over charge in my opinion for features smaller brands like ours need. I'm kind of shocked how few reviews they have, so adding mine here to hopefully help the other brands out there :)

Before choosing ReturnZap, I downloaded and tested around eight Shopify-integrated returns apps during their free trial periods. Nearly all of them had noticeable limitations unless you subscribed to their top-tier plans (often well over $100 USD per month), which just isn’t justifiable for a smaller brand like mine. Common issues included limited automation, clunky workflows, or not allowing exchanges for different items. ReturnZap stood out because its mid-tier plan already included the core functionality I actually needed, without forcing an expensive upgrade. During setup I had a few specific requirements and ran into some minor issues, but David from ReturnZap was incredibly helpful. His customer service was exceptional. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and he resolved everything quickly without any back-and-forth. Overall, ReturnZap appears to be a reliable, flexible solution for a smaller brand like mine (which has around 30-50 returns a month), that still needs robust exchange options and a returns system that simply works.

Love this app - they have a ton of features that meet all my needs for returns. Very reasonably priced, intuitive/easy to figure out all the settings. Awesome support - super responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Highly recommend. This return app is very easy to use and has eliminated points where human error can occur. They have been very helpful with the set up when we needed help and making sure we understand what is going on and why. We are an online clothing store on Shopify, have tried three different return apps and hands down this one is the best. Again, we highly recommend.
