Doesn't appear any auto review emails are being sent, I've had to manually send them which isn't ideal. difficult to contact support just sent to question bank edit - reply to question - Are you able to help me set this up? Getting in touch with CS seems impossible.

We have looked into your account and cannot see any automated integration set up which would explain why you would need to send invitations manually using our Quick invite.
