We've recently moved our product reviews over to REVIEWS.io, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the support we've received. We had nearly 400 reviews to transfer from another platform, and what initially seemed like a straightforward job turned into a bit of a technical headache with product IDs, CSV files and getting everything matched correctly to our Shopify store. By the end of it, all 398 reviews had been successfully imported, and everything we've checked so far is matching beautifully.
