Simply the best app I've used so far on the Shopify App Store. The service is tailor-made, ultra-responsive at all hours and in all time zones. They do their utmost to add custom features. The app has changed my customer service experience with invoice generation (tailored to the brand identity on request) and also because people can do absolutely everything. Setting up the app is a breeze. The UX and branding are excellent and really make you want to trust them and have them as a partner forever, as the app is so useful for all e-merchants. I also see better upsell results with this app than with a post-purchase app or upsells at checkout. You can ask them for absolutely anything, and they'll get it set up as quickly as possible. I'm really impressed by their desire to do things right. Thank you for your work, Shubham and your team.
