Sunny review for Revize: Order Editing & Upsell

Revize went out of their way to edit their platform to do something they hadn't done before- allow edits to orders already placed. We were struggling with thousands of preorders that needed address updates, and making them manually was taking hours of staff time that could have been better spent. The Revize team helped us filter and tag the appropriate orders, and then create an email flow to reach out to everyone- including people with multiple orders, a new use case for them again. We are extremely happy that we have put control for these edits in the hands of our customers. We have saved time, prevented errors, and reduced stress.
