Revize has been a brilliant addition to our Shopify stack at Knya. Being in the D2C space for medical apparel, we often receive size or address change requests right after customers place their orders. With Revize, our customers now have the flexibility to make those changes themselves — no more back-and-forth emails or delays. The impact has been immediate: fewer support tickets, smoother operations, and most importantly, a better experience for our customers. The upsell feature during edits is smartly executed and has even helped increase our AOV. Special shoutout to the Revize support team — they’ve been extremely responsive and hands-on throughout the setup and onboarding.
