Redcast Heritage Co. review for Revize: Order Editing & Upsell

We’ve had a great experience with Revize, especially thanks to Shreya’s support throughout the whole process. Our main challenge was finding a way to offer our customers a longer order editing window without creating any risk for our stock, particularly for limited and low-stock releases. After testing and discussing different options with Shreya, we were finally able to set up a 15-minute editing window while keeping our inventory fully protected, which was exactly what we were looking for. Since implementing the 15-minute window, our customers have been using the editing functionality more frequently, which has been a great sign that the solution is genuinely useful for them. We have now even moved beyond the free plan because we exceeded its usage limit, but this has been a positive development for us as it means the app is actually being used by our customers. A special mention to Shreya, whose support throughout the whole process has been incredible. She was always available, patient and extremely helpful, taking the time to understand our specific concerns and helping us test and find the best solution for our particular setup. Her support made a real difference. We’re very happy with Revize and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify stores looking to give customers more flexibility after placing an order.
