We have been using Revize for 6 months now and I am very happy to confidently give a 5 star review. It has saved us hundreds of hours that would have been spent on customer support emails to make simple changes to orders. Recently we encountered an issue with how the app was working in collaboration with another app we use and the technical support we received from Revize was exceptional - they took ownership of the issue from the outset, and subsequently identified and resolved the bug the same day. I highly recommend this app, it will save you a lot of time and money.

Since we sell in various countries throughout Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, it's extremely helpful that we can freely modify orders — whether they're Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payments — all through this single platform.

This is by far the best app I have ever used, the best part is the response from the staff, they spent 3 hours helping me with my problem and even helped me optimize the site speed. I have invested at least a lot of money in Fivver, and although I haven't used it all, from what I have experienced so far, it is well designed and does solve the problem of modifying orders after purchase. We used to get soo many messages from customers wanting to update their orders, now they just do it themselves. Way less back and forth. Setup was pretty straight forward, and support team actually replies fast which is rare lol. Highly recommend if you’re tired of editing orders manually
