We're so grateful to have found Revize for order editing and cancellations! Their service is top-notch and readily available whenever we need them, and the tool is extremely intuitive for customers to use. It is rare to find tech partners this hands-on and kind. While we haven't launched yet, we can very easily say now that Revize should be a go-to tool for anyone needing this functionality.

The app is easy to set up, and the edit functionality saves me so much time that i would otherwise spend supporting customers. Features like editing the shipping and billing address are incredibly useful. Im looking forward to this great feature one - click upsell that is in the pipeline. The team is very helpful!

Nice product. Early days for us, but we are seeing good increase in AOV due to the ability to upsell and cross-sell. Very promising, and can be a home-run in the long run.

The Order Editing App has made a huge impact on our customer support team by eliminating the need to manually handle order cancellations and edits. This used to take up a significant amount of time and resources, both in labor and cost. Beyond that, it’s helped streamline operations at our fulfillment center. Previously, we had to scramble to cancel fulfillment requests and often faced UPS rerouting fees when orders were canceled mid-shipment. The app has reduced those downstream headaches, which is a major win. Highly recommend this app for any brand that’s scaling or looking to drive operational efficiency while increasing revenue opportunities!
