Great app. We've been using for a couple of years without any issues. Jesse is always fast and helpful with any questions or formatting you may need help with.

We use this app on several of our stores and it is very useful for us. There were some updates with Shopify itself recently which caused some glitches and impacted the way that apps such as this would work but Rewardify was quick to fix this. I reached out to support for some assistance customizing the look of the store credit button in our cart and Jesse was quick to respond and very helpful.

We used this app before and it worked perfectly, we have had it installed several months now and it doesn't work properly every time we click on the app from the POS it takes staff to our back office, not the app. Our staff literal are looking at the back office when they click to look at customers Rewardify account. We have emailed about this issue several times with no resolution.
I really apologise for the issues you've faced but you have yet to reply to any of our emails asking for more information. Requests for having a call to discuss further have also been met without any response. We are not even sure if you are even receiving our replies. Please reach out directly to [email protected]. We also mentioned we were willing to provide a refund for the affected months of service, to which you have also not responded.

Was great for a long time but now is buggy, somtimes not removing credit that is process through our point of sale, causing huge losses if it is not caught. Also experience blank screens frequently and a failure to load requiring us to close the app and reopen it. Moving to a different credit system to hopefully resolve these issues

Unfortunately these issues were related to underlying Shopify bugs - the issue you were seeing was most likely related to this open ticket https://github.com/Shopify/shopify-app-bridge/issues/146 Unfortunately this issue is beyond our control and depends on Shopify's underlying technology to be sound

I have to say this is best App i have used. its incredible, we have a simple "cash back" enabled to let customers earn cashback in there wallet for each purchase, it works flawless with variant's sorted by SKU which NO OTHER APP can do, take my word on that we tested each one! Customer support is on another level, worked with us day and night to get features we needed! Jesse is amazing!

This app is TRASH. PLEASE DO NOT USE. Needed this as an option for my store support. But couldn't figure it out. (I'm pretty tech savvy). Instructions are unclear. I contacted support, they COULDN'T EVEN HELP! WORST APP I've encountered. They just told me to delete/uninstall the app. 0/0 if I could.
Unfortunately, the client did not have the patience to allow us to configure the app for their theme. They emailed and requested we refund them, when they were never charged to begin with. I do apologise for the inconvenience you experienced. Due to numerous installation requests, we do require a few days before we can setup the Customer Experience.

Purchased this App as a bandage because shopify lacks the Core feature "Store Credit," and this app is so finicky, half of the time it doesn't work. It is so embarrassing. Makes our business look so unprofessional. After I issue store credit and send out email to customer the credit magically Disappears. Not that user freindly as well. Sucks big time. will have to look for some other app that really works
I do apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you and your customers experienced. The Customer Experience our app provides needs to be configured specifically for your theme. There could also be conflicts with other apps that operate at checkout. It sounds as though your customers were simply bypassing our functionality altogether. There are options to mitigate against this, unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to look into your issues further.
