We sell pregnancy and postpartum products where sizing can be tricky due to changing bodies. While we offered gift cards, customers weren't really drawn to them for gifting. Ribbon solved this by letting gift purchasers send recipients a link to choose their own size and color so they are gifting actual product vs a gift card. The interface is user-friendly, though some customization is needed. The Ribbon team handles most of the implementation, and the founder is very responsive to questions and is quick to jump in and fix any issues. We've been using the app for about a month now and are excited to see how this helps us as we near peak gifting season!

One of those apps that makes you think 'why hasn't anyone done this before?!'. As a bookstore, having a gifting option is essential, and Ribbon provides an app that is very easy to use, both for the store owner and the customer. Excellent customer support as well. Highly recommended.

Wow. If I could give an app 6 stars I would. You’ll notice this is my first ever review of a Shopify App. Ribbon is a one of a kind, game changing app. As a modern wine brand, gifting is critical to our growth. People taste our wines, love our wines, then share them with their friends and the cycle continues. Allowing people who love our products to share it with friends, family, coworkers so that they fall in love with our products is our most organic and sustainable growth vector.
