Anrej and the team are incredibly responsive to questions regarding functionality or troubleshooting. We have been using Rich Returns for several months now and are impressed with all it can do. This has grown our exchange program, helped us retain customers and revenue, and cut down on workload and errors internally. I researched several competitors before deciding on Rich Returns and am very pleased with our decision.

I’ve had such a great experience using the Rich Returns & Exchanges app! It’s super easy to use and has everything we need to handle returns and exchanges smoothly. Their customer support is amazing—always quick to respond and super helpful whenever we have questions. The app integrates perfectly with Shopify, which has made managing everything so much easier. we've been using rich returns for several years now, there has been some improvements the last few months and we are using the app with our shopify shop much more now. The customer service is always really helpful and you receive answers in a speedy manor. so if you ever have a problem, can't find a speicific setting or just have some feedback in general, you can be sure you'll receive help from an actual person and not just a bot. the integration with shopify is good and works well. No complaints on our side at all.

We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the app as well service we have received from Rich Returns. Very helpful! Extremely quick to respond. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. I was using a different returns app and I cancelled it. Customer service did not even come close to what I have received here.

We are a sporting goods company, and Rich Returns has been an amazing addition to our e-commerce store. It has made our return and exchange process so much easier for our customers and team to manage and view reports. RichReturns is user friendly even for those who are not that tech savy. After researching and consulting with other apps we chose RichReturns because they offered the tech support and unique customizations we needed for our store. Andrej, has been exceptional in responding and helping us set up our account and navigate any changes we needed along the way. Highly recommend this for business that want a seamless, customizable, and more efficient way for handling and managing exchanges and returns.

We used a different returns app but it was really slow and expensive. We switched to Rich Returns and couldn't be happier. Andrej goes out of his way to provide support for any issues and the app works great. It is very responsive and gives a lot of customization options. It also works out cheaper than other return apps in the long run. Will definitely recommend - 10/10!

I've used this app for my store for years, and am really happy with the features for the price. The team are SUPER responsive and always extremely accommodating with any help requests. For any business that needs a simple, streamlined returns portal, this is the one!
