At first, I thought when I send out a question, it would take forever to receive an email. However, after sending out questions, I got a reply in less than a minute. It's still baffling me how they do it. Additionally, Pete was the one who answered my question. After that, he went on to give me additional advice for my website. Amazing customer care. The pop-up is also really easy to set up. However, I recommend adding a feature where it's possible to remove the no thanks button as some websites would want an email 100% of the time. Other then that, everything is amazing. Will reccomend.
