TYDAL Popups ‑ Email Pop ups

I can no longer speak to a human at this company - I suspect they have shut down and have programmed their AI bot to close the chat when a conversation with a human agent is requested. No emails are answered, I can only attempt this to get some attention in the hope it resolves my issue - if not then the review will stand and the apps will be replaced by another company.

The customer service is horrible. I hate that stupid little AI bot they have. Every time I try to ask for customer service it automatically ends the conversation.

For what it does - popup email capture and instant discount code generation that works - this is the best in the business. It stands alone. No competition. You can research this claim too. I've done it. And it's free. Not sure how long it will stay free. I have no ties with the company... the product is stable, robust, yet simple, and works very well. Need help with anything, they are ready to help. The product itself does not require any help. If you use this product, consider supporting them by purchasing other products or simply upgrading. If this is what you're looking for, save your time, install, and configure. I've just saved you valuable time. Focus on function. Don't waste your time on every superficial detail that may even end up driving customers away from your store. Install and enjoy! Thanks guys.
