So far, so good. We are a new customer - just added Rivo app to our Shopify store this week. Already we can say that customer support has been amazing. Web Chat with Pete from Rivo this afternoon - rapid response via chat in the Rivo app. Pete was super friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. Thank you to Pete and the team for your support.
