I initially had a billing question, and Paul was very quick to respond and very helpful. Since I had him, I reluctantly asked if there was a way to change the visual appearance of my prompts. To my surprise, he dove right in and completely recoded them for appearance and performance and didn't give up until it was exactly what I wanted. He was extremely helpful, so kind and so patient! I was not expecting caliber of help that I received appreciate this level of service more than I can express as someone who is new to ecommerce with zero coding experience.
