Really great customer support experience overall. The team was responsive, helpful, and willing to take the time to clarify my questions around plan features and setup. Abbie in particular was very kind, professional, and solution-oriented throughout the conversation. I appreciated how thoughtful and understanding she was while helping me navigate everything. I'm just about to switch to Rivo, and a question came up this morning. I hopped onto chat and, with Abbie's help, had my answer in a few minutes. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great to get answers so easily!

Bad support availability. I am paying for the plan that says '24/7' human support,' and it has happened twice now that there is no one there, and I get an automated message saying the team will be back in a few hours.

Very happy with Rivo! The setup process was simple, and the team was extremely helpful with getting everything configured correctly. The app is easy to navigate and integrates smoothly with our store. Support has been quick, professional, and very responsive throughout the setup process.
