We encountered an issue preventing integration with Klaviyo, which proved challenging to resolve. The problem was escalated to Rivo's engineers for troubleshooting. After concerted efforts from the entire team, we finally resolved this integration issue.

We were hesitating between 2 other softwares and Rivo for our referral program. We decided to launch with Rivo and I’m so glad we did. It has a lot of customisability and features and is SUPER easy for a non-technical team to set up. Abbie from customer support is phenomenal.
