I have been a customer for over 2 years now. Each time I have contacted their support for our business they were pleasant, kind, and super helpful. I recently updated my stores website and had some glitches with our rewards platform, Pete was super helpful and patient as I was confused with the steps to take. If you need an app that is straightforward with great customer service this is the one! Love it so far!

Amazing customer service. It can be tricky testing a referrals scheme where there are necessary anti-fraud protections in place and Paul from Rivo showed great patience talking us through the various technicalities. Highly recommended. Thank you

So far so good, great support in setting up the app. Bryan has guided me through a lot recently. We haven't yet launched our rewards program but looking forward to it.

I'm still trying out all of the features of Rivo but so far I've been impressed. I had a few questions during onboarding and setup, and Pete from support was able to hop on immediately and answer any questions. Looking forward to exploring the app more!
