Rivo has been great so far, they've assisted with any issues I've had in reasonable times! Abbie et al have provided phenomenal assistance throughout our time with Rivo!

Pretty seamless app - and it looks great! Customer support is excellent (thanks Arianne!) Two suggestions for improvement - 1) create an easier toggle between the app and Shopify admin and 2) add a Refer a Friend box to the landing page!

Great customer service, super user-friendly compared to other loyalty apps. Gives you a sense of peace of mind before launching. I love the fact that they have a separate loyalty management page.

Recently installed the app so cannot say yet that it works 100% smoothly as need more data but want to say the customer service - Bryan in particular - was very helpful and took me through all my questions. So overall, a very good start !

The app works well (free program). Support is always helpful. Maybe it's just our customers but not many are becoming members. I'll try some emails and hope for the best.

I would absolutely recommend this app to others! It does take some getting used to, while it is user-friendly, it can still be a bit confusing. But the customer support is top notch and you cannot beat the price! I am very happy with mu decision to switch to Rivo!

New to the app but it is great so far. Easy to integrate and I'm excited to offer this program to my clients. My only confusion is that under Ways to Earn there are items listed, some say Upgrade to Unlock but the ones that do not say that are still not usable. Doesn't make sense. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Very genuine, helpful support. Thanks Pete!

It is a clear application that makes it easier to find everything. In the process, it also came with a widget that was removed with Pete's help, thanks for that Pete. I love the fact that you can send at 6am (CET) in the morning and still have a reply within 5 minutes.

I’m new to these apps so it wasn’t the easiest to set up for me but Arianne was super helpful and made it really easy to change the settings I needed to alter. Happy so far!

My experience with Jel's customer service has been very pleasant. The communication is super fast and friendly. It's not just a simple chatbot, as is often the case. They also address special cases and actively seek solutions. I'm currently in a testing phase and hope that the product is just as good as the support.
