Pete was very nice and answered my questions quickly. As for the app itself, it's pretty easy to understand with the tutorials and video help included. My only complaint is that the free version feels skimpy. You don't even get to give birthday rewards on the free version. However it is just enough to get a rewards program started and I can still offer a decent amount of ways for customers to earn rewards. Considering the nice support this app has, I still think its a good one to grow with my shop.

My experience with Jel's customer service has been very pleasant. The communication is super fast and friendly. It's not just a simple chatbot, as is often the case. They also address special cases and actively seek solutions. I'm currently in a testing phase and hope that the product is just as good as the support.

Great. Love the on-site option, easy to use, and better than similar priced competitors. Minus one star because itβs a bit clunky to use and force to look the way you want it to. I have to refresh a lot to continue to get the app customizer to display properly on the Shopify back end. Not sure if thatβs an app thing or Shopify, but it get frustrating during set up. But other than that, customer service is great and I love it so far.

Jel- was amazing help today. She solved our issue and also gave us feedback that was very helpful. She is a rockstar of a worker and I really appreciated what she did for the store. She needs a promotion!!! 4 star on app, 5 star on customer support specialist.

The app is good and easy to use for my customers. The customer service is awesome, quick and helpful responses. I just hate they nearly doubled their prices but it's still not as expensive as some other apps. I definitely would recommend to others.

We started this on a pilot basis and early results are encouraging. The support desk (Mica) was very helpful in getting to know about doubts and resolving issues

I had Pete to help me out today, he was able to completely increase my customer limit on my store get rid of the 'powered by Rivo' branding at the bottom, and even moved the widget across the screen to not interfere with my other widgets for me.
