I cannot recommend Rivo enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for a rewards program. I highly recommend Rivo.

First of all, I am so sorry for your experience so far using the app. Not an ideal first impression and looking back on the support conversations, it makes total sense based on the issues that occurred. On the actual issue: looks like what happened here was a slight discrepancy with the orders backfill. I know what went wrong here and I'd like to clarify a few things around logic with you before proceeding with a fix. We have a fully remote team and while we try to respond in 1 business day to escalated tickets, sometimes a timezone difference or a weekend makes that difficult.
