Struck Apparel review for Rivo: Loyalty Program, Rewards

We have been using Rivo for just about a year now across both of our websites. We have been so happy with the Loyalty program, it's setup, and it's response from our customers! We had a small issue with our page displaying that made us reach out to the customer service chat, and Arianne was incredible!!! She narrowed down the problem (it was a code issue that seems to have been edited somehow over the last year ... ). She was such a pleasure to deal with, fixed it right away, and was beyond helpful. Based on this customer service alone I would recommend Rivo to anyone looking for an in-depth Loyalty and Referral program!
