ShredFin review for Rivo: Loyalty Program, Rewards

Update after 1.5 years using the app. Can not recommend. This app was the most complicated, glitchy, and time consuming to set up in my 11 years of using Shopify. The reps were available to help, but would mainly just send us a manual to read that had errors and didn't help with some of the issues. One of the reps was very rude when we'd ask questions. We put in a lot of time customizing the app to blend with our brand. Recently discovered that customers weren't able to see their rewards on our website. Contacted support about the issue and they informed us to switch back to the Legacy landing page as quick fix while they worked the issue. Another rep contacted us asking if we had deleted our landing page, which we did not, we only switched back to the Legacy page as they recommended us to do. Now, no telling how many hours of hard work have been erased. When asking the status, they have not responded. It's been a horrible experience. We are moving from Rivo to a different Rewards app.
