I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jel and Arianne from the RIVO app support team when I had some basic queries. After spending about 20 minutes trying to find what I needed on my own, I realised it was much easier and more effective to reach out and chat with them. They were really helpful and patient, even with my silliest questions. Thanks to their support, I felt confident using the app. Highly recommend their app and assistance!
