To be honest we had some trouble activating our account. After many emails and telephone conversations with both S Loyalty and Shopify we were thankfully able to solve the problem. Our Account Manager Sara from S Loyalty was absolutely magnificent during the whole process and was even able to outshine Shopify's excellent support staff. Thank you Sara.
