Updating our review. Had issues over the busiest time of the year, BFCM with getting an error code due to their servers, but they have since corrected the issue. Agreed to try the app again and reinstalled. Working correctly now and show some enhancements which is nice. Much better pricing than other apps. Will use app for a few weeks and give revised review once we make sure there are no further issues, but so far so good. I would like to see other offer types though for discounts sales, like BOGO, Bundles and Free gifts. It would eliminate the need for several apps.
Dear MICHE, thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We absolutely understand your anger and disappointment. One of our third-party providers had a technical issue tonight and therefore our app was unavailable for a short period of time which is inexcusable, especially at this time of the year. We made a mistake relying on the performance of this partner who couldn't deliver as promised. Of course we will change this service provider asap to make sure this does not happen again in the future. As customer satisfaction is our key priority we really want to take this chance to deeply apologize for all the trouble - although we know that this helps little in retrospect. If there is something we can do to regain your trust in our product or assist anyhow we would be happy to do anything within our capabilities. Kind regards, Norbert
The app from Server Error (500) we can't delete the discounts on the site! it is urgent how can we do?

It’s super simply and super effective. This is my go to app for big sales and discounting all products different percentages. Fantastic support as well, really responsive which is what you want in the busy period.

There are many apps that have lots of promise but end up becoming a time sink or forcing other compromises. This app though couldn't be more intuitive. It works, it takes no time to manage, and the support team (I had one question regarding custom theme adaption) were super fast at responding. If you're planning on running sales this is the gold standard.

Great app if you want to handle bulk discount fast and easy. It's a simple and easy app to understand and schedule bulk discount. Add a tag to the product to highlight the discount. Great support too, Adrian helpt us with a update very fast...

I installed this app and it did everything I was looking for. however,It happened by chance that there was an error on apple mobile users that I thought it was related to installing the app. When i reached out for support, not only the support was so quick and freindly and on a weekend, but also they went above and beyond to fix an issue on my theme that was caused by something else that didnt have to do anything with the app. I am very happy with the support i received from Norbert, he really helped me after being stressed all day. Would recommend 10000/10
