Pretty sweet ride. Works as expected and a lot of features (some of which I have yet to use). Came to this after abandoning another Sales app which was messing up my prices. Customer support is also responsive and friendly.

I used this app first for the VAT change in Germany but I continue to use it now for creating discounted prices in my shop. It is incredibly versatile and convenient to use, with tons of options to select the products and even the variants you want to discount. Their support is also very good, they solved my issue even on the 1st of January 2021. Thanks for the good job.

This app has some amazing potential but falls short. The first issue I had was that it was discounting the "Compare At" pricing instead of the actual price. That was an easy fix. I just removed the compare price on the items and that seemed to fix the problem. The challenge now is that the app is simply not working. In the app, it will show the items and the discount/sale price, but on the site, it shows the item(s) at the regular price. The interface of this app is stellar and very easy to use. It just doesn't do what it is supposed to. *Update* This app is pretty screwy. It sometimes pulls pricing from the compare at pricing, and other times at the actual pricing. Plus if you have 1 one item at one price and others at another it will sell it at the lowest price on all items. In your reply, you mention that most customers want the discount off the original price. That is not what is happening. Why would I want to take a loss on a product? There have been 2 sales where for some reason the "Compare At" pricing had the cost inputted. Not sure how that happened, but it was not done by SDM. However, because SDM discounted the compare at price we took a loss. *UPDATE2* Please don't misunderstand what I said. I was stating that This app did not put the cost in a cost field. That was not meant to say that it was the fault of someone else. I just wanted to clarify that the app in addition to completely messing up literally all of my inventory, it also did not put in the wrong cost. I have spent the last 6 hours trying to fix what this app did. If I could give this app a negative star rating, I would. In all the reviews I have ever written on shopify for app, this is easily the most negative. If you accidentally make a mistake, or if the app makes a mistake, there is nothing that will revert your store back to what it was before. There are products that this app was never supposed to adjust that are messed up.

I used the app to quickly apply and remove sales discounts to products and collections without any coding etc. Very straightforward and it works. Also got great help in ammending icon to work with my shopify theme. Great value. Recommend it.

I love this app. let us used $ markdowns and % markdowns. Norbert was quick with response and like all veteran retailers know, there is nothing more powerful than a markdown. I recommend this app to anyone that wants an edge over a competitive market. Manny

We went through at least 5 other apps and while the functions of this one can be found in others, the support HeartCoding provides has been better. I was worried the prices would not revert completely (something that happened with another app) but it worked perfectly.

I added the app for Black Friday and it was really easy to set up both bulk and single-product discounts. And so easy to schedule them - and it worked! 5 stars for that. I found out that I would like to add a splash to my products on sale. This was actually one of the reasons I chose this app. BF had already started so I was in a bit of a hurry and as soon as I wrote to hearcoding support, Norbert fixed it for me within half an hour. Great! I had a little trouble with a handful of products being on sale at a 10% discount, later on at 25% and then back to 10%. It was like the app couldn't reset to 10% but nothing major out of 240 products.

This app does exactly what I need it to do. Setting up a sale is so easy and I love the scheduling. Responses to questions are swift. The only things that could make this app even more awesome would be an implementation of a countdown clock and sales statistics. But that would be goodies, not a must-have.

super fast customer service and GREAT APP i was hours away from cyber monday and they installed within that same hour crazy good service and really help me with conversions on my sale thanks so much SUCH A TIME SAVER ..cheers stay GRINDING EVERYONE
