This app has some amazing potential but falls short. The first issue I had was that it was discounting the "Compare At" pricing instead of the actual price. That was an easy fix. I just removed the compare price on the items and that seemed to fix the problem. The challenge now is that the app is simply not working. In the app, it will show the items and the discount/sale price, but on the site, it shows the item(s) at the regular price. The interface of this app is stellar and very easy to use. It just doesn't do what it is supposed to. *Update* This app is pretty screwy. It sometimes pulls pricing from the compare at pricing, and other times at the actual pricing. Plus if you have 1 one item at one price and others at another it will sell it at the lowest price on all items. In your reply, you mention that most customers want the discount off the original price. That is not what is happening. Why would I want to take a loss on a product? There have been 2 sales where for some reason the "Compare At" pricing had the cost inputted. Not sure how that happened, but it was not done by SDM. However, because SDM discounted the compare at price we took a loss. *UPDATE2* Please don't misunderstand what I said. I was stating that This app did not put the cost in a cost field. That was not meant to say that it was the fault of someone else. I just wanted to clarify that the app in addition to completely messing up literally all of my inventory, it also did not put in the wrong cost. I have spent the last 6 hours trying to fix what this app did. If I could give this app a negative star rating, I would. In all the reviews I have ever written on shopify for app, this is easily the most negative. If you accidentally make a mistake, or if the app makes a mistake, there is nothing that will revert your store back to what it was before. There are products that this app was never supposed to adjust that are messed up.

I used the app to quickly apply and remove sales discounts to products and collections without any coding etc. Very straightforward and it works. Also got great help in ammending icon to work with my shopify theme. Great value. Recommend it.

This is an excellent app and the team is so responsive and helpful. Can't rec enough! The pricing is right too - there's many more expensive than this with less features and customer service.

The staff members are extremely helpful and friendly, the app is easy to use as well as setting up prices back to the original amount with no errors whatsoever. I love this app. let us used $ markdowns and % markdowns. Norbert was quick with response and like all veteran retailers know, there is nothing more powerful than a markdown. I recommend this app to anyone that wants an edge over a competitive market. Manny

We went through at least 5 other apps and while the functions of this one can be found in others, the support HeartCoding provides has been better. I was worried the prices would not revert completely (something that happened with another app) but it worked perfectly.

I added the app for Black Friday and it was really easy to set up both bulk and single-product discounts. And so easy to schedule them - and it worked! 5 stars for that. I found out that I would like to add a splash to my products on sale. This was actually one of the reasons I chose this app. BF had already started so I was in a bit of a hurry and as soon as I wrote to hearcoding support, Norbert fixed it for me within half an hour. Great! I had a little trouble with a handful of products being on sale at a 10% discount, later on at 25% and then back to 10%. It was like the app couldn't reset to 10% but nothing major out of 240 products.

This app does exactly what I need it to do. Setting up a sale is so easy and I love the scheduling. Responses to questions are swift. The only things that could make this app even more awesome would be an implementation of a countdown clock and sales statistics. But that would be goodies, not a must-have.

super fast customer service and GREAT APP i was hours away from cyber monday and they installed within that same hour crazy good service and really help me with conversions on my sale thanks so much SUCH A TIME SAVER ..cheers stay GRINDING EVERYONE

Exactly what I needed! And the prices go back to normal after you finish your sales period (or not, if you don't want to), which isn't the case for some other apps... Also, the customer service replies instantly, it's great!

I looked at several apps to extend my options for putting on sales in my Shopify store and was impressed with the options and the great reviews. Within 2 hours of installing this app, I'd set up all of my Cyber Monday sales with multiple variants plus Norbert had my sale tags functioning in my theme. Easy to use and super response from support gives this 5 stars. I'd love to see an option to offer discounts based on the amount purchased (ie Spend $50/get 10%, spend $75/get 20% off, etc.) as well as the ability to provide a free product without an additional app. Well put together app regardless!

Super simple. Let us put discounts in for different products and they displayed clearly to customers without tearing our theme up. Runs very fast. They even installed it on Thanksgiving day. Highly recommend.

The support has been fantastic, we've had a few issues due to the vast quantity of products on the site, however, HeartCoding have been very responsive and Norbert has gone above and beyond to help resolve any problems.
