One of my favorite and most used Shopify apps! I've been using the app for over a year now with no issues. I sleep soundly knowing my sales will happen on time and end on time. If you manage a store with more than 50 products, this app is a must. I highly recommend this app because of its reliability and super-fast customer support.

I used this App to have multiple discounts running for BFCM. Accommodating staff. Had a minor glitch and Norbert responded and fixed it super quickly. Would recommend it because the support is the best I have experienced so far. Thanks team.

After using this app for a couple years we've been majorly let down by it this Black Friday. With reports of Server Error 500 and nooo option to chat with live support on the busiest weekend of the year is pretty insane. Having to change prices back to full price manually after deleting the app is not an ideal middle of the night situation.

As other reviews mentioned, do not rely on this app for sales. Especially big ones such as Black Friday. It is not stable or prepared to serve merchants. During our big Black Friday, the app got stuck mid-sale, leaving the store partially discounted to go with a 500 error after, leaving the app inaccessible. We had already sent a large email campaign, so customers landed on a website with only a few prices slashed. This impacted our conversions by thousands of $. The devs apologized, offered a refund for all our charges, and explained that the tech could not avoid all issues nowadays. However, I disagree. This app shows 500 errors too often. It is almost the app's default to break when you try to run a sale. As I said, this app is not prepared. We had the same issues in 2021, and in 2022 they did not care to fix them. Furthermore, today (end of the cyber Monday), our prices should have been discounted back about six hours ago, To our surprise, not only did this not happen, but we cannot access the app due to another 502 bad gateway error (yes, on a separate store). And once we can access it, everything is queued and stuck mid-process to get the original prices back. All in all, look for something else. This will only cause stress and potential monetary loss.

in the meantime the problem has solved, - there was an server error 500 i couldn´t delete my black friday codes because i had no access to the app. it seems to be an intern error. But it was a technical problem from third partey , after contacting the problem was solved

I'm updating this review. The server error was very frustrating and did make us look unprofessional when we had said to customers the sale would end at a certain time and were unable to do anything about it, however the app is run by a small business and as a small business owner I understand that unfortunately these things can happen and I really do believe that they have done all they can to prevent it from happening again. The app is really slick and the countdown banners are particularly effective. I'll use it again for January sales. Really nice and slick app until my Black Friday sale should have ended, but kept going and when I try to access the app it says 'server error (500)'. I deleted the app hoping this would fix it, but it didn't. I went into the code of my website and deleted that, but somehow this app is still controlling the sale on my website. How is that even possible? I tried redownloading it, but got the same 'server error (500)'. It's now 1am, I've told all of my followers that the sale ended at midnight and I guess I'll wait a day or so to hear back from the company, because they don't have live chat and Shopify couldn't help. Such a mess. I feel really let down by this company

Updating our review. Had issues over the busiest time of the year, BFCM with getting an error code due to their servers, but they have since corrected the issue. Agreed to try the app again and reinstalled. Working correctly now and show some enhancements which is nice. Much better pricing than other apps. Will use app for a few weeks and give revised review once we make sure there are no further issues, but so far so good. I would like to see other offer types though for discounts sales, like BOGO, Bundles and Free gifts. It would eliminate the need for several apps.

The app from Server Error (500) we can't delete the discounts on the site! it is urgent how can we do?

Messed up my mobile sites view, had to contact support and they have also seen that something within the apps code, forced it to show desktop view when on mobile.

Did you manually install the sale tags, where there is coding knowledge required as stated in the tutorial? We reached out to you one hour after your problem occurred but did not hear back from you. It’s super simply and super effective. This is my go to app for big sales and discounting all products different percentages. Fantastic support as well, really responsive which is what you want in the busy period.
