I’ve been using three different apps from Tek Labs, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with all of them. What stands out most is the support. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been helpful, but I especially want to highlight Hannah. She has been incredibly friendly, professional, and remarkably fast in responding. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is the fastest and one of the friendliest support experiences I’ve had with any Shopify app. It genuinely makes working with the apps much more enjoyable. On two separate occasions, the support team helped customize their apps specifically for my store. The process was smooth, and the results worked perfectly. As for the apps themselves, the functionality is excellent, the user interface is clean and intuitive, and everything performs exactly as expected. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. 5 out of 5
