The app and the team are amazing. Very friendly and extremely adaptaptive to your changing needs. I used the app initially to get a sales portal for my sales team and have their customers place orders ... this way the website became a selling tool. Partnering with CSS through shopify has really made that happen.

THE solution to ALL my problems! As a wholesale brand, finding a B2B that works well with agents has been near impossible. All are geared toward the customer placing orders, not sales agents managing customers within a region. CSS Sales Team with my Shopify B2B has been the answer to my problems and will make my sales agents super happy! The sales insight and data it gives them for their region I have no doubt will see an increase in sales. The ease in which they can place orders for customers in their region is wonderful, absolute game changer!!!

The CSS sales team provides great and effective support. They are responsive, helpful, and always willing to work with you to find solutions. At times, there are still some inconsistencies with tags, and it can feel like there’s quite a bit of manual work required for customization. That said, the team is flexible and collaborates closely to make sure things get done.

So far great customer support. The team has been very open to customizing the app for things that are important to us. Very responsive. This is the #1 app that allows our b2b business to operate smoothly.

Great B2B Sales Tool – Highly Recommend! CSS Sales Team has been great for managing our B2B sales on Shopify. It lets us easily assign customers to reps, manage pipelines, and create draft orders, all within Shopify. The app is simple to use and integrates smoothly. Support has been excellent too.

We have a rather odd commission process and they custom modified it to fit our needs very quickly. I did not think I was going to find anyone who was willing/able to help until I worked with them. It saved us hours of work every month going through everything manually.

We have started using the CSS app with our UK Reps! We have been super pleased with the support provided by the CSS team. We are excited to further test out the app features and feel confident the CSS team will be there to support us as needed. Looking forward to also seeing the updates that are being made to their tool, it seems like there are always improvements happening!

Esse aplicativo é excelente para empresas com representantes de vendas. O representante de vendas (ou vendedor externo) pode implantar uma ordem de venda como "Draft Order", o que facilita as correções, caso sejam necessárias. Além disso, ambos (gestor e representante) têm um painel personalizado para exibir informações e ajudá-los na gestão de dados e decisões, de forma simples e objetiva. E o mais importante: o suporte é muito bom. Obrigado!

The assistance and communication from Amit and the folks at CSS Sales Team in addressing my inquiries were absolutely stellar. Fantastic app for businesses with sales reps. We're also looking forward to utilizing their Wholesale Quickie app/tool for the wholesale aspect of our business. The Sales Team app is now a staple and essential tool for our Shopify store as we scale and grow our business!
