Great app, even better support team.

We have a rather odd commission process and they custom modified it to fit our needs very quickly. I did not think I was going to find anyone who was willing/able to help until I worked with them. It saved us hours of work every month going through everything manually.

This app gives our brand reps individual logins, allows them to place orders for customers from specific collections. The app also helps us and them keep track of their commissions. This app broke our accounts page after uninstalling. Contacted customer service on four separate occasions and no response. Wouldn't recommend.

We are new customers, but have worked directly with the developers on custom commission scales and analytics and they have been great to work with. Quick and very communicative. We are excited to roll out our new sales rep reporting system for 2024.
