The app itself is great for calculating commission on paid orders. Looked all over for one that would calculate on subtotal and allow to mark from accounting when paid. However, there is no customer service. Initially there was, and now for weeks we cannot get a response. Wondering if they sold the app or if new ownership will provide because has the potential to be great!
Sorry about your experience—we recently had a technical issue that affected incoming support emails, which caused delays in our responses. This has now been resolved. Our in-app chat is handled by AI, and if something can’t be resolved there, it directs messages to our support email [email protected]. We also review chat transcripts, including missed conversations. We’ve been responding and also attempted to reach you, but it seems we may have missed each other.
