Support staff is incredible they help you from the start. Nadia has helped us a lot. The app itself is a great product itself helping you with multiple channels .

In shopify app store when i checked it was free for first 25 products but after installing i did not get any option. This apps waste my lot of time .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry for the confusion and for the time you spent trying to find the Free plan after installing Salestio. We checked your store and found that Salestio had been installed there previously with the Free plan. At the moment, the Free plan is shown automatically only for new installations, which is why it was not available during your reinstall. We understand that this was not clear and apologize for the inconvenience. We have already contacted you by email and offered to activate the Free plan for your store. I just want to drop a quick "Thank You!" here. I've used Salestio in my antique Japanese arts & furniture gallery for over three years now. We are a very small operation with a over 10,000 unique SKUs. It's been a great solution to put many function in one place - POS, inventory management and integration to eBay and Etsy. On the few occasions I reached out for help from them I've received great customer service. Their regular detailed notices about enhancements to the software are appreciated. I got scammed by Salestio, I asked to downgrade my account they said yes, I was stupid enough to not check it... now they charged me again and I didnt get downgraded-- I think it was for 2 - 3 months - damage like 100€

Hello, we're sorry for the confusion here. The Grower plan was selected and approved for your store in February ($37/month). After your downgrade request, we made the Free plan available for your store, but Shopify does not allow us to change a merchant's subscription automatically. The new plan still has to be selected and confirmed in Shopify by the merchant. Since that final confirmation was not completed, the Grower plan remained active, and Shopify continued billing it. We have followed up by email and are reviewing the eligible charges separately through our billing process.
