In shopify app store when i checked it was free for first 25 products but after installing i did not get any option. This apps waste my lot of time .

We checked your store and found that Salestio had been installed there previously with the Free plan. At the moment, the Free plan is shown automatically only for new installations, which is why it was not available during your reinstall. We understand that this was not clear and apologize for the inconvenience. We have already contacted you by email and offered to activate the Free plan for your store. I just want to drop a quick "Thank You!" here. I've used Salestio in my antique Japanese arts & furniture gallery for over three years now. We are a very small operation with a over 10,000 unique SKUs. It's been a great solution to put many function in one place - POS, inventory management and integration to eBay and Etsy. On the few occasions I reached out for help from them I've received great customer service. Their regular detailed notices about enhancements to the software are appreciated. I got scammed by Salestio, I asked to downgrade my account they said yes, I was stupid enough to not check it... now they charged me again and I didnt get downgraded-- I think it was for 2 - 3 months - damage like 100€
Hello, we're sorry for the confusion here. The Grower plan was selected and approved for your store in February ($37/month). After your downgrade request, we made the Free plan available for your store, but Shopify does not allow us to change a merchant's subscription automatically. The new plan still has to be selected and confirmed in Shopify by the merchant. Since that final confirmation was not completed, the Grower plan remained active, and Shopify continued billing it. We have followed up by email and are reviewing the eligible charges separately through our billing process.

We have been using this app to draw Ebay and Amazon orders into Shopify for almost a month now and we are very pleased with it. We tried two other apps before this and neither were suitable. The customer service has been great, really attentive and responding very quickly. Would recommend.

Soweit sehr zufrieden - ich habe nun nach einigen Wochen endlich die Einrichtung abgeschlossen und wurde durchgehend (auch noch während meiner Testphase) immer vom Support unterstützt sobald es zu Problemen kam. Somit ein sehr guter Support, Preis/Leistung passt auch! Anbindung zu eBay und Amazon funktioniert ebenfalls gut.
Just doesn't work correctly. Known issues with main features, they removed Live Chat for AI(which i wouldn't mind if it was smart enough to resolve basic issues), Error Codes make no sense, profiles will reject being saved until something has been corrected but the error will also say its the mapping that is the error. Unlinks Etsy account every so often so orders don't come through and need reactivating. I just wanted a simple market connecting app that takes a small percentage of my order as I don't make enough from etsy to warrant a subscription. But this isn't worth the hassle.

The missing chat was likely caused by a temporary outage with our support provider, and it is now available again. We try to keep our Free plan available for small merchants with low usage-based fees while continuing to improve Salestio. We also reached out directly and offered help reviewing the reported issues. Had a few teething issues listing stock from shopify to Ebay and Etsy but all issues resolved within a few minutes, overall im happy with the app and will use it to integrate all my sales channels with Shopify

Brilliant app to link our Shopify store to Amazon. The support is the best thing about Salestio, any slight issue or question on how to do something within the app and we've had response same day with all the information you need. Would highly recommend to anyone!

nul on comprend rien , on install ya des infos partout on ne sais pas si ca marche ou pas bref tout a revoir! mettez vous a la place de simple vendeur ca doit etre simple et intuitif en 5 min ca doit etre reglé
update: Working with them to improve the app. Been using the app for a while but too many errors and glitches. Products not updating unless I go into the app. Orders not always importing. Have to reconnect a lot to make things work. Can't link items easily if they don't have matching skus

As we explained during our discussions, for correct and automatic order import it’s important to upload SKU mapping, it connects SKUs between your marketplace items and your store items, so linking works even when SKUs don’t match. Also, please check your account health: sometimes Amazon/eBay requires re-connection, and unfortunately it’s outside of our control. Part of the order import issues last month were related to a Shopify incident (published on their status page), and we rolled out a faster retry mechanism to reduce the impact. If any issues were related to the app functionality, we acknowledged and resolved them in a timely manner. We truly appreciate your time and feedback, and we wish you all the best with your business. Would not recommend as I couldn't even test listing a product to etsy. The entire reason for using this app. I already use an app for listing to ebay and wish they offered for etsy as well. This app has far too many steps to create products. Not only that, it kept throwing an error stating the category was incorrect and yet it was not and I read all their help pages. Followed all the instructions and everything was setup correctly yet it still gave the same error. Deleting the "creation" profiles and trying to start again and it would not delete said profile. It would reload the page, but it was still there. I set the "creation" profile to match a specific store collection, yet it stated the item was not in said collection. The app comes across as buggy and the steps to list products are convoluted and not straight forward.
