I love this app, but more importantly, the support is fantastic. They schedule Zoom calls and make sure you know what you can do with the software. I make a few choices, and push dozens of products to Amazon with minimal effort. I recommend to anyone wanting to multiply their listings easily.

I will definitely recommend this product as it make life so easy linking eBay and Amazon, to link them is not so easy and I was assigned a specialized Nadia she was so helpful helped me step by step.

Having tried many Shopify/eBay connector apps, this is the one that meets my needs the best. Yes, they all have quirks as they all have different product design philosophies but I suspect I'll be using this app for a long time. (The app has Amazon capabilities but I'm using it only for eBay at this time) Their support is fast and covers most US time zones.

Been using for the past few months now, I love the ability to use Shopify custom data fields and integrate into ebay. Haven't had any issues syncing orders back to Shopify, which is why I had to drop my previous integrator. But what really makes this a pleasure to use is the customer service. The team is always quick and responsive to any issues, appreciate feedback, and is polite when the user makes a boneheaded mistake :-)

Excellent customer service. The process of listing products on Amazon is not easy and can be very complex, Salestio are very good at explaining each step, highly recommended.

Such a great app - ive tried to integrate Etsy with my store multiple times, all with no luck. Although still not an easy process, Salestio and in particular Nadia, helped me step by step, even organising a video call to help. Highly recommend!

We have had the best experience with Salestio and their support team. It's an amazing app that allows you to expand your shopify store to these market places. Straight away we saw additional sales come through. But what I can't rave enough about is their service team, especially Nadia - we were able to set up a video call with them directly and they have assisted with all our email & questions. They have really gone above and beyond to help with this integration. Thank you so much Nadia and team, we couldn't have done this without you.

The app is probably good if you start everything from scratch. It doesn't handle migrating existing listings on ebay very well. Therefore, I stop using it because of that and it caused so many unhappy customers when they order out of stock products because the listings are not updated. The concept of selling lists might leave you with duplicate listings of a same product. It's hard to know which listing is from which selling list and that makes the manual problem solving process even more difficult. Nevertheless, support is good and timely.

Salestio is reliable and the support is great. I always get a response and the support team will go out of their way to help me. I have had a number of feature requests implemented which is very rare for a small customer. I use it for syncing to eBay and would recommend it to anyone else who wants to do the same.

The app extension is not the easiest to use but they do have a lot of written how-to guides to help. It would be nice to have some video help but setting up an appointment with someone for specific help was easy and incredibly helpful! Nadia was the best!

Updated review: The Salestio team has been very responsive to my issues. They worked personally with me to get issues resolved again. They have also improved some of the issues with synchronization (specifically the pictues. Hopefully things are stable and the issues do not reoccur. I am impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the service. TLDR: I do not recommend this app. Reoccurring inventory synchronization issues. Full Review: It was difficult to get setup. I had to allow access to Salestio so they could fix the problems. The error messages are not useful for a user to resolve the issues. A few months went by and I noticed inventory not matching between ebay and shopify. I tried to resolve the issue but again could not make sense of the error messages. Had to contact Salestio again for help. They resolved the inventory mismatch and I was able to correct the errors. It was unpleasant fixing the issues it caused with my customers but things were working again... but not for long. A few months later I noticed that pictures were not updating and descriptions would not update no matter what I tried. I noticed that my inventory was yet again mismatching between shopify and ebay. This is not acceptable. I am waiting again for assistance from Salestio. I think it's time to move to another service. I just need the basic features they offer but they need to be consistent.
