This app does not support partially cancelled orders. If a client buy 2 products and then cancel one, the app download an order with both the products and if you have orders automatically transferred to your logistic, then all the products are shipped...
Thank you for your review and for highlighting this issue. Currently, for partially canceled items, Salestio sets the price to 0 in the Shopify order item view. I understand that this is not working in your case. Our team is working on a fix, and it should be available soon. We also reached out to you personally to clarify the affected order item. nul on comprend rien , on install ya des infos partout on ne sais pas si ca marche ou pas bref tout a revoir! mettez vous a la place de simple vendeur ca doit etre simple et intuitif en 5 min ca doit etre reglé

would not let me link my amazon account, just gave an error. i'm not able to fully test this app if it wont even let me link to amazon.
Dear VampireFreaks, I am very sorry for the experience you had with our app. Could you please reach our support with this issue? We will try to help you. In most cases, this happens when an amazon account is not yet fully verified or doesn't have a professional package (amazon requirments). This App and the support they give is worthless. Their 5 star reviews are probably from employees. After 4 days I deleted the App. Absolutely useless and it shouldn't be on Shopify at all.
