update: Working with them to improve the app. Been using the app for a while but too many errors and glitches. Products not updating unless I go into the app. Orders not always importing. Have to reconnect a lot to make things work. Can't link items easily if they don't have matching skus
Thank you for updating your review. We’re sorry to hear that not everything works well for you. As we explained during our discussions, for correct and automatic order import it’s important to upload SKU mapping, it connects SKUs between your marketplace items and your store items, so linking works even when SKUs don’t match. Also, please check your account health: sometimes Amazon/eBay requires re-connection, and unfortunately it’s outside of our control. Part of the order import issues last month were related to a Shopify incident (published on their status page), and we rolled out a faster retry mechanism to reduce the impact. If any issues were related to the app functionality, we acknowledged and resolved them in a timely manner. We truly appreciate your time and feedback, and we wish you all the best with your business.
