This app does not support partially cancelled orders. If a client buy 2 products and then cancel one, the app download an order with both the products and if you have orders automatically transferred to your logistic, then all the products are shipped...
Thank you for your review and for highlighting this issue. Currently, for partially canceled items, Salestio sets the price to 0 in the Shopify order item view. I understand that this is not working in your case. Our team is working on a fix, and it should be available soon. We also reached out to you personally to clarify the affected order item.
