HORRIBLE. Absolutely GARBAGE. This app, by default, creates a new product for EVERY SINGLE purchase of shipping insurance. We didn't even realize this at first because its the default setting and now my book keeping has HUNDREDS of fake inventory items. What kind of morons set this up instead of using a dynamic pricing for a single insurance product? My books are absolutely wrecked because of this.

Wilson was an amazing help we were on chat for a long time. It started at the nighttime and I woke up in the morning and I was still on chat with the same person and resolved my problem as quick as possible. Service was really good.

It is easy to use, and customer service responds promptly and provides helpful assistance. I used the free version for a while and now plan to upgrade to the Standard version.

We recently started using this shipping protection service for our company, and so far, we’ve been very impressed with the experience.
