It is easy to use, and customer service responds promptly and provides helpful assistance. I used the free version for a while and now plan to upgrade to the Standard version.
We recently started using this shipping protection service for our company, and so far, we’ve been very impressed with the experience. From the initial setup to getting everything integrated, their customer service has been excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood how everything worked. While we haven’t had to submit a shipping claim yet, the setup process has been smooth and we feel confident knowing we have a reliable solution in place should an issue arise. As a growing business, having great customer support and an easy-to-use shipping protection option is extremely important to us.

This app instantly became one of those ‘why didn’t we install this sooner?’ tools. The setup was painless, the customization is clean, and customers genuinely appreciate the added peace of mind at checkout. Wilson removed the free branding in exchange for the review. Seems like a good app so far, but just installed it. Switched over from another app and it has better features so far.
