Compared to other apps this app offers only basic functions. After initial installation several bugs showed up and needed big efforts and a lot of time on our side until they were finally fixed. Some problems still not fixed or attributed to Shopify limitations, even though these have been fixed in other apps (e.g. calculation of transport insurance even for self-collection). New features promised (e.g. claim portal), but still months later were not realized. Support only with big delays (simple message after more than one week still not yet answered).
