Scrollio: Infinite Scroll
All reviews
We have been using this app as a paid solution, and unfortunately it has caused a very serious issue for our store. For about 1–1.5 months, our conversion rate dropped significantly, and we couldn’t figure out why. We tested everything on our end, but nothing seemed wrong. Last Friday, we discovered that the app had stopped loading products properly. Infinite scroll was no longer working, and only a small portion of our products were visible. There was no “load more” button or fallback – the rest of the collection simply didn’t appear. This meant that a large part of our assortment was completely hidden from customers, without us being aware of it. After re-enabling the app on Saturday, our conversion rate immediately increased again, and we started selling products that hadn’t sold for over a month. This is a critical issue that has directly resulted in lost revenue for us. A bug like this should never go unnoticed or without a fallback solution. If it were possible, we would give 0 stars.
Hi HelloPoster — Matt here, founder of Scrollio. I’m sorry you hit that. Product loading failing (or feeling like products disappeared) is exactly the kind of thing that should never happen, and I’m treating it as a top priority. A few updates that are already underway: Scrollio is getting a major facelift and reliability update. I’m personally rewriting the core loading path so collection and search grids stay stable across themes. We parted ways with our previous development team. Everything is now hand-coded by me, the founder. That means faster fixes and no “ticket ping-pong” when something breaks. The app already has a built-in fail-safe: if Scrollio can’t load products for any reason (or billing/payment fails), it steps aside and falls back to your theme’s normal pagination so the storefront isn’t left broken. That safety net is staying, and I’m hardening it further in this update. Onboarding is now AI-assisted, so you don’t have to click around hunting for grid selectors on your theme. Setup should be minutes, not a scavenger hunt. Even with all of this, Premium stays $19.99/year. Most alternatives on the App Store land around $48/year. We’re keeping the low price on purpose. If you’re open to giving us another look once this ships, reply here or email [email protected] and I’ll help personally. Thanks for the honest feedback — it’s what pushed this rebuild. — Matt
Signed up for premium and had the worst experience on Shopify so far. -Hid most of my products from customers -Bugs out and stops working with hidden products -Support takes days to respond (had to uninstall while waiting)

Scrollio: Infinite Scroll is smooth, lightweight, and keeps users engaged effortlessly. A must-have plugin.
I was told about this app by another company who use it. I easily installed it, it works as intended and gives a great experience when I checked my website. I would highly recommend this app.
A GREAT APP! I've tried other infinite scrolls and they don't work. This one has worked consistently across my different themes and has a very nice flow. Highly recommend!
So far, so great! Easy to use and working perfectly for my shop.
Really awesome small app with incredible support. It got it up and running in no time
Thank you. Super simple and does the job in a 2 seconds setup.
Absolutely excellent! Loads so fast. Easier than easy to use! Highly recommended if you have lots of products to explore!

It is a simple and easy fix to create infinite scrolling. Thanks so much for offering this product for free.
Es genial como funciona, la navegación de mi pagina ha sido mucho mejor desde que la instale, gracias!!
Perfect, thank you so much! Really did the job! Recommend to everyone
Does what it says and it's free. A cheap, simple solution for infinite scrolling with almost one click setup. Works on desktop and mobile even on free themes like Dawn. I'd say this is perfect. Great job Devs
very nice
thanks!
Great little app this. It's a bit fiddly to set up (especially if you have no coding experience), but once I played with it a bit I got the hang of it and I believe it's working as expected now. (Matt has made a good few videos available to assist with this. Worth taking a look at. ) Was getting 502 Bad Gateway error initially, that I was unable to get past. So here's a heads up to those getting this. I found (after a bit of trial and error) that switching to a different network provider, I was able to get past it and set things up. Once it was set up, I could go back to my default provider and the error was no longer there. So give it a try. It might very well save you some frustration. ;) Thanks to Matt and team for providing this to us for free. It really is very useful.
thanks!
Perfect!
thanks!
Not working. Customer support sent a link of troubleshooting videos that needing users to figure out how to make it work. Involving find codes from pages and use the code in the app. However, our theme is not the same one and we couldn't find the part of code. So, we told app team that we cannot figure it out. Then we got offered a paid service (USD $50) on a step in to make it work. Yes, a free app but support is not. Then we tried another free app doing the same job. Despite it didn't work initially, the customer service person stepped in straight away and it works like a dream. This is a neutral feedback. Just our experience with this app and support. Good luck, everyone!
