We have been using this app as a paid solution, and unfortunately it has caused a very serious issue for our store. For about 1–1.5 months, our conversion rate dropped significantly, and we couldn’t figure out why. We tested everything on our end, but nothing seemed wrong. Last Friday, we discovered that the app had stopped loading products properly. Infinite scroll was no longer working, and only a small portion of our products were visible. There was no “load more” button or fallback – the rest of the collection simply didn’t appear. This meant that a large part of our assortment was completely hidden from customers, without us being aware of it. After re-enabling the app on Saturday, our conversion rate immediately increased again, and we started selling products that hadn’t sold for over a month. This is a critical issue that has directly resulted in lost revenue for us. A bug like this should never go unnoticed or without a fallback solution. If it were possible, we would give 0 stars.
I'm sorry this happened to you. Technically speaking, this isn't possible, and was most likely another app or theme change that caused this, hence disabling and re-enabling would set Scrollio at the top of the technical hierarchy on top of your other changes. Again, painful discovery, I'm sorry you experienced this.

Signed up for premium and had the worst experience on Shopify so far. -Hid most of my products from customers -Bugs out and stops working with hidden products -Support takes days to respond (had to uninstall while waiting)
Thanks for this review 🤷 I can see that you sent a single support request whilst on the free tier which was responded to within 2 days notifying you that another app you were using was causing issues with our app. Is it possible you've mistaken our app for a different app in this review?

Nor working
Thanks guys! If you ever need help, feel free to reach out support. From a business to business POV it might a good idea to do that before posting negative reviews out of good faith (especially when one business is providing its services for free). Just a suggestion. Good luck.
