Avery was incredibly patient in helping me work through an issue with my accessibility widget. It's a relief to see such great customer support - especially for customers with starter plans. The app itself is wonderful. The widget gives me a peace of mind from an ADA/WCAG compliance standpoint. The only thing I wish they made available - and across all plans - would be a dedicated settings page so that I could provide my customers with another place to adjust their accessibility settings. Beyond that, I am very happy with the app and the great customer service that I received from Avery.

This app did not work for us. Customer service. Could not help us fix some of the issues that we had. They just kept giving us the run-around. They informed us that we need to talk to our Theme developer.

We’d like to clarify that, at this time, our app is able to detect accessibility issues in themes, but it doesn't include functionality to directly fix theme code. To ensure your store’s safety and avoid the risk of breaking any parts of your theme, we are cautious about making changes to theme code. Instead, we aim to provide detailed, step-by-step guidance so you can address these issues safely. We understand that not every merchant has access to a developer or technical support.
