Very good and simple to use app and also Avery is very helpful and managed to make changes to suit my theme in mere minutes.

If you are a shopify store owner worried if you can be sued because you are not ADA compliant, read this: 1: Why I chose this app from over 1200 apps that came up when I typed in ADA WCAG in the Shopify APP finder. It had at the time the most 5 star reviews. 2: Did it work out? Yes. It was scary at first that the first scan I did said that my site was failing big time and that I was at a huge risk if sued. BUT... it laid out all the url's that had errors, and fixed a lot of them itself. 3: I thought it could fix everything, but this app doesn't do that. So I had to set about fixing them myself. 4: Fortunately, I just had to cut and paste SEA's errors into Shopify's AI and the AI showed me how to fix them. 5: 12 hours work over two days and I am now 100% ADA compliant per the latest scan. 6: The various techs that helped me over the two days were all terrific.

I finally went to cross off "accessibility" on my website and went to this app. At first I was confused, and then I missed an important step (all my fault) . I went to chat and was greeted by olivia. She showed outstanding knowledge and true support as she guided me through what to do. I get frustrated at the drop of the hat, and she so easily fixed me up and showed me where I fell off the path. The app is super easy to use, and has very useful- but not overwhelming or super technical reports / verbiage. I'll certainly keep this company in mind when I am ready to scale. It does what it needs to, easily, and there is top of class support right there. Thanks again, Olivia!

The app is very user-friendly and has helped me identify and fix many WCAG compliance issues on my store. A special thanks to Avery from customer support for incredibly responsive, quick, and thorough in helping me resolve my issue. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their store’s accessibility and compliance!

The app didn't work for us so I promptly removed the app after 4 days and I am still being charged $190 USD. I looked for a contact form or email but this is the only means I had to communicate with the author. Please refund my money it's not right to charge me that amount. I upgraded from the trial to test the options I needed but they weren't what we needed after all. Randal UPDATE: After I explained my situation, they were more than happy to refund my money. I would give their customer service a 5-Star. Don't hesitate to try them for your store.

Avery from the Avada team was super helpful. She enabled the full scanner results view, the multi-page scan scope, and removed the branding from the widget — all without us even having to ask. Quick, proactive support and she knew exactly what features we had access to on our plan. Highly recommend the app and the team behind it.

Installed app and ran scan. Had questions so contacted support and Avery was on top of it right away. Now I am running report to see what is not addressed by this app and get it fixed. Amazing App with Amazing Support!

Easy to install app that has all the requirements we needed for accessibility compliance. The app is free to install and use which I find to be convenient for startups who are still pre-revenue. There are plenty of custom branding settings that you can adjust yourself and remember to contact support to remove their branding, which is free! Additional customization of the app is also available if you contact their support team. I find the app overall easy to use, easy to setup, and overall, its free to use for up to 1000 impressions. Thanks for making this available for everything!
