This app was very easy to setup and get started with. When we did have a question, the tech team was quick to respond and to help address our concern. They have been professional, kind and easy to work with. We are very pleased so far and have gotten praise from customers who are using this app's features on our website.

Great experience so far. The setup process was smooth and the app performs well. Avery from customer support was very responsive and helped us with a few customizations. Very pleased with the service so far.

Easy to use, easy to set up and they are always around to help, which is unheard of these days. Not AI, but real people, like ZIM in support :)

I really cant say enough good things about this app and the customer support team who have helped me to set up and customize. I've had several customizations that I wanted to make to keep the app styling consistent with the rest of my shop. Kipuka and Olivia were able to work with their development team to understand exactly the changes that I wanted, and implement them exactly as I described. It's a great app, with a lot of great reporting and functionality to keep our shop ADA compliant.

I have only just started using this App to prepare for my launch. So far, I am VERY pleased with the customer service. This is a fantastic app to help point out your ADA Accessibility issues. Any questions I've had so far, the team has worked to come to a resolution or give me guidance on my next steps. It's very much appreciated, especially as a new business owner.

Lucy provided excellent customer service and was very helpful throughout the process. She assisted me in positioning the accessibility widget exactly where I wanted it on my site and made sure everything worked properly. The support was clear, quick, and professional, and she took the time to ensure the setup matched my needs. I really appreciate Lucy’s help and the great service she provided.

I had some trouble but I messaged the online chat and Avery replied right away and helped me. I have never received such good customer service, she is very friendly and kind. :)
