The Seal App was very easy to use and the support team helped us out very fast with a problem we have been struggling with. Totally recommend.

We are currently on the free plan which has been great to allow us to get started with subscriptions. Easy to set up and no issues at this stage. Thanks for a great app and allowing testing.

Seal subscriptions works very well. It has a lot of features and enables customers to be really flexible with their subscriptions. I don't know how to use all the features and don't have time to review the videos...a short step by step instruction list would be better for me
Thank you so much for this great review :) We are happy to hear that you like the app :) We will also check what we can do to add some kind of a short step by step instructions to the app. But basically, to start accepting subscriptions, you just have to create a subscription rule in Seal Subscriptions > Subscription rules. Super easy to use. I was able to add subscriptions to my store in minutes. The subscription option generates in the store on the product landing page so the customer can see the savings before adding to their cart. I love it.

Love this handy and powerful subscription app! AMAZING FAST and informative customer service, especially the agent Harry! I looked at many subscription apps and feel this one was by far the best for the price. I definitely have not been disappointed! Easy to set up, easy to incorporate in my already active website, etc… plus it did increase sales, just smashing!

This app makes it so simple to add subscription plans to your store. They go out of their way to help in a very quick and efficient way. If there's something you want the app to do and you're not sure how or if the app can do it, they will look into how to make it happen for you. It's packed with subscription feature, and it's nice to see that even on the free plan, you still get an excellent service. I would definitely recommend this app.

We've been looking for a great subscription app and testing for weeks and there was always something that didn't work good enough or wasn't thought through well enough which was very frustrating. Things changed dramatically once we found the Seal Subscriptions & Loyalty app! This app is absolutely amazing. Everything works out of the box and there are settings for pretty much anything you can possibly think of. It is very well thought through and the logic behind all the features works and makes total sense. Stop looking for a subscription app, just use this one and give your business a big boost! Also, the support is extremely good with very quick response times. So if you do have a question you're not left alone. Highly recommend this app!

Very happy with this subscription app. Back end is very user friendly. I had a few technical hiccups that were resolved very quickly. Customer service was on it!

We just installed yesterday so I can't speak on behalf of the app itself, however I had 2 questions during install (one technical issue and one verbiage issue). This morning I already had a response and solution to both. Henry dove into the technical issue, explained and fixed it and guided me on how to change the verbiage (which was such an easy fix). I really appreciated the quick response and awesome support. Will update once we've had some subscriptions come through :)

Not tech-savvy at all so I need apps that are easy to set up and use out of the box and this is it! Great app for a great price!

A+. The experience with Seal Subscriptions has been simply splendid! The self help videos and responsiveness to setup and configuration questions have been extremely helpful. I’m not sure who is responding but it feels like I’m getting answers from a trusted, local merchant which is so unusual these days. I highly recommend this app as functionality and customer care are spot on.

The explainer videos are by far the best I've ever seen. I was immediately sold on the product after viewing just one video. Thank you so much for making it so easy and thank you so much for the very clear and concise instructions.

This app is so awesome for subscriptions. It meets my needs so perfectly and has so many great features, even in the base tier. The YouTube tutorials are very well done and helpful. And their support team is very responsive in a timely manner. I recommend this app wholeheartedly.

After having tried and tested most of the popular subscription apps, IMHO this is the best app. It has an abundance of functionality, is easy to use, integrates natively with Shopify for admins, and provides the most integrated subscription portal for customers. It doesn't look like a bolt-on that runs separately from the main Shopify store. Support team is prompt in responding and is very helpful. Most importantly, pricing is very reasonable - esp. 0% transaction fee. It's great value once you consider what you get for your money.

If I could give Seal 100 stars, I would. Their support is unparalleled. I wish every other app provided as exceptional support as these guys. They have thought through every complex aspect of subscription management and the customer experience. Don't be put off by their website. It was a no-brainer to go with Seal after we saw the feature list and did a demo. We are glad not to be paying exorbitant transaction fees with less than 15% of the features Seal offers. Other apps lacked what we considered basic features, but they were happy to charge 10-20 K for these customizations. We accidentally stumbled on Seal, and it's been the best app purchase we've made. I could go on and on. It may take you a minute to learn your way around this app because the features are so robust, but you'll be glad you did. I can't recommend this app enough.
