Hi, we apologize that the app's admin interface isn't yet translated in French, but we are working on adding translations of the app's admin interface. Regardless of that, you can always translate and change the content which shows up to your customers in the widget and customer portal. Having said that, we tried to contact you over the email and your phone multiple times, but never received any response. We have found a potential solution to allow you to use the app's admin interface in French. Have been using Seal Subscriptions for well over a year and it is great. Works like a dream, has videos to help us get set up correctly. Have not needed customer service. Feel like if we dig further into it there are lots of features we need to use!
