Cannot speak highly enough on this subscription app for my Shopify e-commerce site. I depend on this app's functionality for the entire suitability of even using a shopping cart for my products. And the support has been phenomenal in all regards even when I needed something to work outside of this app's normal features. Their knowledge and suggestions of other compatible apps I needed saved me a great amount of time as well!

L'application est claire et assez facile à paramétrer même s'il faut prendre un peu le temps. Pour mettre aux couleurs de notre marques les notifications auto et espaces clients, il faut bidouiller un peu le HTML mais l'assistance de l'app est ultra helpfull et réactive. J'ai posé plusieurs questions et eu des retours extrêmement rapides et utiles.

The installation of the app is simple and it really works great. The best thing is that once the customer did the subscription, the order is placed within the set intervall automatically. Means it generates the full order (as it would be a regular order), what is really helpful for our fullfillment. You have a nice overview about the upcoming income and can easily edit the customer details. Highly recommended app!

We just opened a global Shopify shop with Seal Subscription service at the core of it. Highly impressed with the rich functionality of this subs platform. However, we found a product pricing glitch in certain market specific situations and got in touch with Seal Subscriptions support team. They responded super quick and were able to fix the issue in bare minutes. Highly recommend this company & their subs app!

Their app is easy to use, and offers everything you need from a subscription partner - but unlike other apps, Seal goes above and beyond in their commitment to ensuring you are onboarded with ease and that any potential business challenges are solved (and quickly).

I like that this app gives the option of not auto-charging the customer, but sending an invoice instead. This avoids the customer wanting to make changes after the charge has processed. The customer service is 5-star. The app developer (Henry) is very responsive to questions. He listens to the users' issues and does his best to address them. Features are added to the app all the time. For example, the app needed a necessary feature...the ability to automatically recalculate the renewal dates after a customer has paused and then restarted his subscription. I contacted Henry about it and after a while he was able to add that feature. He is always helpful!

For the most part, the Seal Subscriptions app has been working well for us. There have been a couple of surprises along the way, but the Customer Service has been good at helping out.
